RSP Structural Systems, a division of RSP, designs and supplies building packages. Our specialty is providing light-gauge buildings for the self-storage industry, but if you need a post-frame kit or an all-steel pre-engineered rigid frame kit, RSP Structural Systems can supply those packages too.

GAUGING SYSTEM
LOC-RIB is manufactured with grade D, 50,000 psi 26 ga steel.
With a coverage of 16" and rib height of 7/8", LOC-RIB is offered in galvanized and 11 standard colors with TOUGH BOND 3000 High Performance Silicone Polyester finish that carries a 40 year non-prorated warranty. Also, your LOC-RIB roof may qualify for Energy Star tax credits. LOC-RIB panels are produced at a minimum length of 3'. Call for maximum lengths.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
100% solids, asbestos-free butyl tape sealant, highly rubbery, tacky, reinforced compound designed for sealing metal lap joints in the metal building industry. It is easy to apply and compress during installation. It exhibits excellent application and performance characteristics over a wide temperature range and will not become brittle, crack or flow during service. It is available in various sizes supplied in ready-to-use rolls and pre-cut endlap pads for standing seam roof (SSR) applications. It is also available in double and triple bead rolls and endlap pads.

Designed to seal and prevent the entry of dust, air and moisture and assure a weather tight seal in metal building details including the following:
Metal rib and end joints, Standing seam roof endlaps, roof curbs roof jacks and skylights, sealing polyethylene sheeting, sealing air conditioning equipment, window and door flanges.

ROLLED RIB is a low profile, exposed fastener panel with a 36 inch coverage and a rib height of 3/4", commonly used in both roof and wall applications. Throughout the Inland Empire, you can see Rolled Rib used in agricultural, commercial, storage, residential and industrial applications.
Both panels feature our premium TOUGH BOND 3000 high performance Silicon Polyester Paint finish with a 40-year non-prorated warranty. We make the panels in custom cut lengths to meet your needs from 3' to 40' (please inquire for lengths over 40'). Loc Rib panels are produced in our exclusive "true" 26 gauge steel, and Rolled Rib in a full 29-ga.
